Frequently asked questions
-
Absolutely not! All calls will be received by your provider or a trusted provider in their absence. Your provider, like anyone else, may occasionally become ill or have other obligations that take them away for a short period of time. However, you will never be directed to an answering service or left without a timely call back.
-
I am considered an out-of-network provider who does not take insurance for physician related fees. However, your insurance can still be used for laboratory tests, imaging, and vaccinations ordered by the respective entities. I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance, but please note that reimbursement is at their discretion and based on your plan. Additionally, you may be able to use your HSA account from your health insurance or employer to cover your membership or balance.
-
Yes! Your membership is not a replacement for your current insurance. We highly recommend that families maintain insurance coverage as it can help cover the costs of inpatient surgery or hospital stays, emergency room visits, radiology or other imaging, prescription medications, and certain lab tests that are not covered by my wholesale pricing. These expenses can be a significant financial burden for families.
